SPEEDWAY, IN (September 16, 2019)– The Dave Dusick Foundation is excited to announce the fifth annual Racers Know Dave Dusick (RKDDV) Charity Event presented by Cooper Tires, coinciding with 2019 Performance Racing Industry (PRI) trade show, to take place on Thursday, Dec. 12. This year’s RKDDV is being held once again at the “Racing Capital of the World,” Indianapolis Motor Speedway, in the Pavilion.

An opportunity to connect, mingle and have fun while making a positive impact on the community, the night will feature a cash bar, food stations, live music, second annual DD Foundation Bartender Challenge and a racing, sports and memorabilia silent auction. Cooper Tires will continue its support of the event as the evening’s Platinum Sponsor. Additionally, Eibach, Inc will be welcomed back to the event as an Associate Sponsor. As in years past, proceeds from the 2019 event will benefit the Dave Dusick Foundation, a not-for-profit entity whose mission is to provide support to families that have a child who suffers from a life-threatening or life-altering illness. Currently, all of the proceeds from the DD Foundation go directly to Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.  “I am absolutely amazed to see the growth of this event in its first four years. Our goal was to create the hottest party of PRI week while also doing something productive and positive for the families of Riley Children’s Hospital,” said event founder Dave Dusick.  “Not only am I proud that we have achieved this goal, I am incredibly humbled and honored by the contributions that have been made to Riley Kids in the name of the DD Foundation.”

“While my name may be in the title, this event is not about me,” Dusick added. “But rather, it’s about the hundreds of supporters and corporate partners that make this possible. It really should be called the Friends of Dave Dusick Foundation. We have been especially fortunate to have Cooper Tires and Cooper Consulting Events as partners. Without them, this event would not happen.”

Cooper Tires, a five-year event sponsor, works closely with the racing community as the official tire of all three levels of the Road to Indy.
